New Fine Wine List
We are now offering wines that are currently stored In Bond in the UK. All are offered in unbroken cases. As always we know the history of each and every case since it left the Château, Domaine or Winery and we guarantee that each and every case has perfect provenance and storage. We have regular shipments to Hong Kong and are happy to advise on arrangements. The cost is HK$250 per case of 12 bottles including insurance.
There is a good range of top names from 1990s and early 2000s lovely for drinking now. Some classics from the great vintages of 2005 and 2009. These need time but the market prices are rising again, after a dip in 2011-2012, and it is unlikely that you will find these names at these prices for much longer.
There are some superb white and red Burgundies from the 1990s and early 2000s – it is very hard to find mature Burgundy today so these are worth looking at. We also include selection of top Domaines from the Rhône. Why not ring the changes from Pinot Noir and Merlot & the Cabernets and have some Rhône in your cellar, ready for the arrival of the truffles in the Autumn?
Finally please do not overlook the top wineries in Spain and Italy. Any lover of Sassicaia should take a look at our selection of mature vintages.

WINE OF THE MONTH Meursault Clos du Cromin, Domaine Patrick Javillier, Burgundy 2007 (Chardonnay) HK$370 per bottles (regular price HK$460) minimum order HK$1,200 - 2007 is an excellent vintage for white Burgundy. This is drinking very well now.
